The end result of all these fly out menus, is a much cleaner work area. To get your Jotform form into a Xara page, do the following. Shown above are the Arrange and Zoom Tool fly out menus. Xara offers very easy integration with Jotform through the use of widgets. We’ll look at these in depth a little later on. Also greatly improved are the Publish Website options. This new capability makes it so much easier to create a custom navigation bar and to have it appear on, and automatically link to each page in your site. A new feature has been added that we’ll cover shortly, Create Navigation Bar. Website Properties has its own fly out menu shown above right. You can now preview just the current page or preview the entire website. Xara Web Designer 6 has two preview icons as shown above. So, if you would rather have Cut Copy and Paste in Place on the Standard Toolbar, you can create a custom control bar to suite your taste. And remember, the ability to create a custom control bar still exists. The example above shows the Photo Tool flyout menu and the clipboard fly-out menu which includes icons for Cut, Copy, Paste, Paste in Place, and Paste Attributes. Part of the interface redesign includes grouping many options and tools and moving them into fly out menus. All of the old tools are still there, but not all are immediately visible.

FTP publishing information for each document you create can be saved for and with that document only! You can create individual publishing profiles that you can select from the Profile drop down list.

Not only can you preview the changes on one page, or the entire site, but you can also update changes to your site without having to republish the entire site. Shown above are the available color schemes. Can you change the colors from green to orange? No problem. Drag any of these color schemes onto the page and all the colors in the template automatically change to reflect the new color scheme. Also included are about a half dozen Color Schemes.
